We met MH today for an appointment on an FJ Cruiser, when we arrived we were handed the keys and off we went on our own to take if for a test drive. Nobody in the back seat pressuring us or grilling us. Made it great because the wife wont drive with strangers in the car and this one was for her.. when we got back there was still no pressure and MH let us do all the talking. Into the office we went, he gave us better than market trade in for our old car and even secured our financing from our preferred credit union on speaker phone with us there. My old 03 Dodge Laramie diesel had 280K miles, so started shopping for something with less miles. Wanted a 5.9 diesel Mega Cab with manual trans. [hard combination to find] After searching the west coast for several months, I went local with M & M Investment Cars. It wasn't low pressure sales, but NO Pressure sales! I told Eric what I was looking for, and he showed me a beautiful 2006 Dodge 3500 Mega Cab diesel, with manual trans, with check this out..... 36,900 miles!!! They didn't even ask for ID, or ride along, on the test drive. Great truck selection, friendly service, and easy to work with.
I just recently bought a nice 2015 Chevy Equinox from this dealership. It's right off I-5 just a couple minutes west of The Jantzen Beach exit. The lot looks small from the outside, but they keep everything indoors in the warehouse, all of cars look well kept, clean and neatly cataloged. The process was super simple - after finding the car I liked on their website, I was probably there for a total of one hour from my test drive to having keys in hand. Scott the GM was helpful and genuine, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or pressured, even as a person there alone without my partner with me. I had a sticky previous loan situation the Scott was very helpful with, and in the end I got the car I wanted, in great condition, and he gave me a really nice price for my trade-in Subaru. I will check them again first when I look for another vehicle, and will recommend to my friends!

Around the 1st of Feb. we began looking for a used pick up. We live in the Eugene area and after a few weeks of looking at pick ups locally I was beginning to think that we would just keep the car that we had. I purchased a vehicle here last July and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My fiance and I have been searching for months for a great dodge durango. When I finally found one online at M&M Investment Cars that looked to be in great condition. I called in the late evening to hear the hours open when to my surprise someone answered the phone. I was able to quikly confirm the car was still there and drove down the next morning. When we arrived we noticed that all the cars were parked indoors and in wonderful/ clean condition. The durango was 11 years old and looked like it was brand new on the lot. The owner then came out and told us to take it for a drive and come back when we were done. Of course we were shocked and very pleased they didn't need to go with us. This made it very easy to discuss our likes and dislikes (none), with zero sales pressure. We got back and sat with Eric as we explained we had previous credit challenges and found out we were upside down in out current vehicle. Despite all of our obstacles Eric was able to get us financed and at a great rate! My husband and I went with our 5 year old daughter to look at a 4 runner. Anyone with kids knows this can be difficult as Littles don't have a lot of patience. When we got there, John pulled the 4 runner out for us and said, " Take it for a spin. Come on back when you have tried it out." My husband and I didn't know if he was joking or not and he said he was serious. We got the booster for the wee one and went for a drive. We fell in love! We then geared ourselves up for the dreaded financing part. We got back to the lot and John introduced us to Mason, the owner. We went to his office and ran all the info through the creditors. We have had some credit issues so we were expecting the "No". Mason came back and said he got us approved! We were done with paperwork and on our way. First, let me say I was very nervous to come look at a car at this place because of the mixed reviews I was reading online. It's 2016, every smart shopper should take the time to read customer reviews when it comes to making a significant purchase. I was not going into this dealer with a confident standing on how they would treat me. I did a lot of research and I even looked at other dealerships to get my feet wet before going to this one. I went anyway because I fell in love with the vehicle they were advertising and I could not bring myself to pass up a test drive. When I got to the dealership I was automatically relieved to have walked in without being herded inside by some over excited salesman. I had called earlier to check the availability and they had the vehicle ready for me when I got there. Now, here is the crazy part, the salesman hands me the keys and tells me to go take it for a spin! It was difficult for me to hide my shock. I insisted he make a copy of my drivers license and he said no go ahead and proceeded to tell me how to get to the freeway to test it. This upfront mutual trust is probably what had me hooked from the start. For once in my car shopping experience, I got to test drive it without the pressure of someone yapping away at me and I got to check out everything about the car I wanted to on my own time. I brought the car back and once again I was shocked that I had to ask to buy the car, not the other way around! I ended up trading my 2007 Pontiac solstice with under 60k in mileage for a 2008 Chevy trailblazer (with quite a few aftermarket perks) with 100,000 miles and I financed the difference. They worked with me to get me the best deal and to fit my financial situation to a tee. I realize dealerships have to make money too, but they really put themselves in your situation as well. As long as you are professional there shouldn't be a problem with any of these 1-star reviews that almost scared me out of my dream SUV. Never once did I feel tricked, cheated by the car salesman get-up. I couldn't be happier with my trade and my experience. The car was immaculately detailed. Oh and all of the vehicles are garaged. I loved that my new trade didn't have a single water spot or speck of dirt on it from being out in the Portland weather when I drove it off the lot. Their advertisements are very transparent, you won't get blindsided with these guys! Very professional! Thank you M&M- Mazen is the man. I searched for this particular truck (GMC Sierra 3500hd SLT) I wanted in great condition for months. Eventually I found one at M & M Investment Cars. I didn't get the deal of a lifetime, but I do feel I bought the absolute best condition vehicle that I was searching for. The experience was hassle free, no nonsense, "this is our best price" period. I walked the first day in hopes they would budge. It was a little tiny bit more than I wanted to pay, but it was exactly the quality that I wanted to own. Pretty amazing car buying experience. I buy cars often...kind of a bad habit. This was a 4th car in my driveway and just meant as a summer time convertible toy. The crew at M&M was friendly, attentive and ridiculously accomadating!! Pretty wierd because you always go a dealer with that dread your about to be treated like raw meat. Not that way at all, very honest, to the point transaction and was enjoyable. I will be using their car finder service to find my next car and have no problem going there to hang out and take the time to find my next daily driver. Really can't recommend these guys more.
Just wanted to let you know, how impressed I was with your facility and staff. I did deal with Eric on the phone about the 99 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel and ultimately you were the one who showed me the vehicle and you completed all paperwork.
I live in Boise, Idaho, and as a result, I needed to find out all the details before making the drive to Portland. Eric was straight up and very informative, as well as yourself because my initial contact was with you. You also showed the truck and completed the paperwork. Your hours of operation and clean, indoor facility is top notch.
I generally do not deal with car dealers because of the inflated prices, thus games many play with asking price vs. sale price. I also had a trade vehicle, which you were more than fair considering the issue I had. I blew out a tire on my travels to Portland and did some damage to the rear wheel well and quarter panel. You still gave me what was discussed and it was much appreciated. The no-nonsense or games with your pricing was and is very appreciated. Most of the general population, does not have the time to play games and as a result avoid used/new car dealers. I was in and out of there in no time and there were no surprises, and if you didn’t have the answer to a question I asked, you simply said you didn’t know.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years; some new some used. This is the first time I was treated with the upmost respect for my time and budget. The staff, including Mason, Eric and Johnny went above and beyond what a normal dealership would have done to make sure I had the best car buying experience possible. You know what, they hit it right on the nose. They allowed me to not only test drive the vehicle but to take it to a mechanic so they could give it an inspection to let me know if there are any issues that I should be concerned with. It's evident that they are not only in the business of selling vehicles, but also to make customers happy and want to return in the future for thair next car purchase. Although they specialize in diesel & large trucks, thay also have a great selection of passenger cars & motorcycles. They keep all of their vehicles under cover so that the weather does not ware them down. They even have a fantastic waiting room that is quite comfortable so if you are working with a salesperson, anyone else that may be with you can relax. This is by far, the best used car buying experience I have ever had.
We bought a Ford Edge from this place a year ago and we got a fantastic price, couldn't find a lower price anywhere. It was a pleasure buying from a "dealer" type place without any pushy sales people. They came down a tiny tiny bit on the price, although it was already priced even lower than kbb private party. I keep checking out their web site hoping that they have another really good deal on something since we need one more vehicle, but I haven't seen anything worth looking. I have to give them 5 stars because I have purchased probably a dozen used cars from various dealers and all other dealers made me mad or annoyed at some point... these guys did not. It was easy and pleasurable! PS. The Edge is running perfect, no problems at all in the 12 months we have had it.

After an impressively negative experience with a previous dealership, I had to get rid of the car that I had. Eric Trettin was wonderful in helping me get rid of the car in the easiest and best way possible. I left the experience confused by the fact that I actually enjoyed my time at a car dealership. I talked to Mason on the phone and worked with Eric directly, both were very helpful and there wasn't any pressure put on me. I am from Seattle and when I saw the car I was looking for on Craigslist was from Portland, I was worried on how I was going to get this car and fast before someone else did. I must have called at least 10 times to talk about the car and ask questions since I could not see it. Mazen helped me out, he emailed me the car fax and the warranty information within a few mins and at the end of the day before I was going to head out to go get the car, he said he could pick me up in downtown Portland (15 mins away) and even hold the car! I was ecstatic! I got there and was so glad to see my new car inside (where they keep all their cars) out of the weather (it was snowing) and everything went so smoothly just like he assured (since I did all the pre approval paperwork online) and off I went in exactly the car I had been searching for. To make it even better, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car and that was a dream come true, because in a used car, there always seems to be something. They had even put new tires on it. Needless to say I'm super happy and totally recommend M & M, they really do take pride in selling awesome cars! I will be back when I need my next Audi :)

I recently purchased a SUV from M&M and the experience was great. This is my first car purchase and they were very helpful and explained everything that was going on so I was not confused at all! The car I bought was priced very well and I was drove from more than three hours away to go purchase a car from them. I had been on other lots that same day and no one helped us as well as they did. I had no questions and never felt pressured. My dad was with me and they let him look and play with all the features on the car even until after they were technically "closed". It was a very positive buying experience and I would definitely go back to them when I need a new car down the road.

After months of searching for a used diesel 4X4 pickup: being blatantly lied to by used car salesmen and wasting $100s on pre-purchase inspections, I was ready to throw in the towel. Then I found M & M Investments. What a refreshing experience!! The cars were in impeccable condition, inside & out and the salesmen were very professional. No cheap car sales talk and no pressure to buy. When I took my pickup for the pre-purchase inspection at Ford, the mechanic said it was one of the cleanest used cars he had seen in 30 years! I just bought a van from M&M and to tell you the truth, this was my first experience to ever buy a car in the States. Heard scary tell tales about so many dealerships trying to push you into buying their car and Mazen was very helpful, he let me drive the van and check it out at a nearby place. I had a very smooth and pleasant experience with Mazen and M&M Investment Cars. I love my car and if I'm in the market for another one, I will definitely contact M&M Investment cars. When I first looked at the car, I noticed there was a minor item that needed to be fixed on the seatbelt arm. No one would have noticed it was in need of repair, unless they were petite like me. Mazen had it fixed the next business day, and wanted to make sure I was happy with the repair prior to making a commitment to buy the car. He was not at all pushy and was very helpful.
It was an AWESOME experience! Mason was so nice, and honest. I didn't feel like I was being bombarded or pressured. He was very patient with me even though I made him stay past closing, but understanding that this was a huge decision for me. I hate, hate going to car lots because of the sales people's tactics.. lie, cheat, and say, do anything to get every last penny they can out of you. M&M Investment cars is not run this way. They have very good prices, an awesome selection and friendly. Not in the "used car salesman" way.. but truly helpful and treat you with respect. I have been looking for a specific BMW x5 for well over a year, and while I was searching the lower 48 for it I just happened to stumble across M&M investments that had exactly what I was looking for. Not knowing anything about the Dealer of course I was very hesitant at first. While I was dealing with Mason, I felt a good trust there and later he absolutely proved it more than a few times. I never personally drove the car before I bought it. I had someone else dive it and report back to me. The driver told me that it was more than they expected, so I bought it. Mason arranged the purchase of new tires and even had them installed for me. I had to make a critical shipping date while the purchase wasn’t fully complete yet, but Mason made it happen. When my X5 arrived in Alaska, I flew down to Anchorage to pick it up and yes it was more than I expected inside and out!!! I then brought it to the BMW dealership to have it checked out. The service tech said that it was serviced every 3 months at BMW and it was a great car. I would recommend any Alaskan to buy from M&M and have it shipped from Campbell Boyz Trucking out of Eagle River, Alaska. They were amazing too. Shipping was only $1650 from Portland to Anchorage. Wonderful experience and the wife is extremely happy. Thanks again!

I bought a 2000 ford f250 diesel from these guys . I was very impressed with there inventory of diesel trucks. I have been looking for a 7.3 liter diesel for over 6 month and every where I go they say these trucks are so hard to find and they want top money for them. At M&M Investment I had more then one to choose from & the price was fair , plus there trucks are unbelievably clean . They also got me a very low interest rate on my loan ( exactly like they advertised). I will definitely recommend my freinds and family . This was the nicest car purchase experience we've had, period, and the only time we ever had an offer good enough to do a trade-in! We saw an ad for a totally dialed luxury car at a very fair price. We enjoyed a very straightforward, honest conversation, and came to an agreement quickly. As we were about to purchase the vehicle, we asked if they took cars in trade, and Mazen gave us a very fair price (mid range blue book). So we were able to sell our car and bought a much nicer one in a single trip to Hayden Island, Portland, which by the way, is a great place to do a test drive. I highly recommend Mazen Hassen for his honesty and straight talk, as well as the selection of high end cars at very reasonable prices. Look for the yellow "sandwich board" sign on the right hand side of the street as you are approaching the car lot. It is in an industrial park and you need to see the signs to find them. Note that this business is listed with high ratings in the Better Business Bureau.
