These guys are great, very friendly staff here. Johnny was cool and went the extra mile to get me into the BMW I wanted. His knowledge about BMW was surprising and extensive. I noticed they didnt use any sales tactics I found at other lots and every concern I had was addressed and dealt with promptly. Probably my favorite buying experience ever. I researched many cars before landing on this one, and upon inspection found nothing to bring up as a bargaining chip, but they still knocked down the price just to make me more comfortable. They dont bs around or sell lemons, I find they really deal straight and honestly. Five stars from me! Fantastic experience! They’ve built a good reputation (A+ BBB) and their vehicles speak for themselves. I knew exactly what I wanted, so when I arrived, I picked out three SUVs to test drive. Mason greeted us, no questions asked – he pulled them out front and told me the keys were in each truck and to let him know if I had any questions. After test-driving, I told him I wanted to bring my mechanic back – “sure, no problem.” Mason gave me a Carfax report to take home and quoted top dollar for my trade in. I pointed out a few cosmetic concerns, including a small chip in the windshield. The following week, I arrived with my mechanic, and everyone was super accommodating. I also noted that they had replaced the windshield and fixed what I had pointed out (not to appease me, but for whomever purchased it – that’s a value system that I highly regard). My mechanic checked it out and took it for a drive. He said it’s a solid rig and no reason why I shouldn’t buy it. I came back the following day to go over financing with Raffe, which was painless because he worked hard to find a good rate for me, was efficient, and his numbers matched mine. No hidden fees, no pushy add-ons, no hovering. It was exactly the way buying a car should be. I am so proud of my 4runner! It constantly gets compliments and turns heads. I drove away feeling like I’ve made an excellent decision. As a woman, I felt completely respected and that the business transaction was transparent – and fun! First, they have a huge indoor facility...no looking at cars in the rain!
Super friendly staff starting with the guy that does their detailing.  He saw us looking at a truck.  On his own he came over and offered to pull the truck out so we could see it better.  He then got a duster and started dusting it off.  Which it really didn't need because it was already immaculate.  
For years, every used vehicle I've looked at was dirty.  I've seen molding hanging loose, dirt and grime in cup holders, dog hair, etc, etc.  Seems like dealerships don't want to put a dime into sprucing them up.  Not this place!  The truck was completely detailed inside and out.  I looked in all the nooks and crannies and literally could not find even one tiny piece of lint!  The molding and tires were dressed.  Windows were sparkling.  Wheel wells, under carriage and engine were clean.  Not a spot on the carpet or head liner.  They even applied a special dressing to the leather seats to make them look like new.
Price.  I read the reviews ahead of time and knew there wouldn't be any real negotiations on the price.  Having bought many cars, I know how it all works.  I understand what adds value when I'm purchasing and what has no value when I'm trading in.  I researched the value of the truck we wanted.  Would a different dealer settle for less on a truck with these exact features and mileage?  Probably yes.  Would that dealer have put the time and money into bringing it as close to new as possible?  NO WAY!  With all of that to be considered, I am extremely happy with the purchase price.  (If you want the cheapest price, you will get the cheapest everything!)  
 No pressure sales.  Matter of fact, it was a little unnerving how low pressure it was.  After looking the truck over, we let our salesman know we had another truck to look at, that we had arranged before hand.  We had a short chat about a couple of specifics and off we went.  There was ZERO pushing from him.  What salesman does that?!?!  
I cannot speak highly enough about this company.  They'll be my first contact when I'm in the market again and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.  If you are realistic in your expectations, you won't be disappointed.

Eric Trettin was the salesman that helped me and my wife out, super guy with no pressure sales, which kind of throws you for a loop at first because you kind of expect that used car pressure sales that every other dealership I've been to uses. The only reason I knocked a star off is because, like many other used truck dealers, they have the practice of painting the whole drive train of a truck black, it is nearly impossible to tell what you are working with or how rusted the drivetrain really is. My old 03 Dodge Laramie diesel had 280K miles, so started shopping for something with less miles.  Wanted a 5.9 diesel Mega Cab with manual trans. I just recently bought a nice 2015 Chevy Equinox from this dealership.  It's right off I-5 just a couple minutes west of The Jantzen Beach exit. The lot looks small from the outside, but they keep everything indoors in the warehouse, all of cars look well kept, clean  and neatly cataloged. The process was super simple - after finding the car I liked on their website,  I was probably there for a total of one hour from my test drive to having keys in hand.  Scott the GM was helpful and genuine,  I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or pressured, even as a person there alone without my partner with me.  I had a sticky previous loan situation the Scott was very helpful with, and in the end I got the car I wanted, in great condition, and he gave me a really nice price for my trade-in Subaru.  I will check them again first when I look for another vehicle, and will recommend to my friends!

My fiance and I have been searching for months for a great dodge durango. When I finally found one online at M&M Investment Cars that looked to be in great condition. I called in the late evening to hear the hours open when to my surprise someone answered the phone. I was able to quikly confirm the car was still there and drove down the next morning. When we arrived we noticed that all the cars were parked indoors and in wonderful/ clean condition. The durango was 11 years old and looked like it was brand new on the lot. The owner then came out and told us to take it for a drive and come back when we were done. Of course we were shocked and very pleased they didn't need to go with us. This made it very easy to discuss our likes and dislikes (none), with zero sales pressure. We got back and sat with Eric as we explained we had previous credit challenges and found out we were upside down in out current vehicle. My husband and I went with our 5 year old daughter to look at a 4 runner. Anyone with kids knows this can be difficult as Littles don't have a lot of patience. When we got there, John pulled the 4 runner out for us and said, " Take it for a spin. Come on back when you have tried it out." First, let me say I was very nervous to come look at a car at this place because of the mixed reviews I was reading online. It's 2016, every smart shopper should take the time to read customer reviews when it comes to making a significant purchase. I was not going into this dealer with a confident standing on how they would treat me. I did a lot of research and I even looked at other dealerships to get my feet wet before going to this one. I went anyway because I fell in love with the vehicle they were advertising and I could not bring myself to pass up a test drive. When I got to the dealership I was automatically relieved to have walked in without being herded inside by some over excited salesman. I had called earlier to check the availability and they had the vehicle ready for me when I got there. Now, here is the crazy part, the salesman hands me the keys and tells me to go take it for a spin! It was difficult for me to hide my shock. I insisted he make a copy of my drivers license and he said no go ahead and proceeded to tell me how to get to the freeway to test it. This upfront mutual trust is probably what had me hooked from the start. For once in my car shopping experience, I got to test drive it without the pressure of someone yapping away at me and I got to check out everything about the car I wanted to on my own time. I brought the car back and once again I was shocked that I had to ask to buy the car, not the other way around! I ended up trading my 2007 Pontiac solstice with under 60k in mileage for a 2008 Chevy trailblazer (with quite a few aftermarket perks) with 100,000 miles and I financed the difference. They worked with me to get me the best deal and to fit my financial situation to a tee. I realize dealerships have to make money too, but they really put themselves in your situation as well. As long as you are professional there shouldn't be a problem with any of these 1-star reviews that almost scared me out of my dream SUV. Never once did I feel tricked, cheated by the car salesman get-up. I couldn't be happier with my trade and my experience. The car was immaculately detailed. Oh and all of the vehicles are garaged. I loved that my new trade didn't have a single water spot or speck of dirt on it from being out in the Portland weather when I drove it off the lot. Their advertisements are very transparent, you won't get blindsided with these guys! Very professional! Thank you M&M- Mazen is the man. Best vehicles, best price, great experience! I have purchased two vehicles now from Mazen at MM motors and I could not be happier! In 2015 I purchased a 2003 Toyota 4Runner with low miles for my wife and we absolutely love it. We negotiated a very fair deal and had a hassle free, low pressure experience. We drove 2 hours to test drive it and he held it for us when we said we were interested in coming up. In 2016 I was looking for my dream truck and again found MM to have the best vehicle for the money. They had the perfect 2010 Toyota Tundra with low miles and in excellent condition. I was able to purchase it for thousands less than any comparable truck I could find (and I shopped around for months). Thanks to Mazen and the team we both have our dream Toyotas and have had zero mechanical issues with either one. Really a class act here.

As an experienced car buyer, I have to say these guys are a genuine step above.  It's been two months since I purchased from M&M a minty 2001 Toyota 4Runner (just giving a little time cushion and a few thousand miles on the odometer before writing a review) and it has been flawless.
Minty, I say, because these guys go over-the-top reconditioning their vehicles (I looked at quite a few before settling on the '01).  Engine bay, interior fabrics/leather and trim, wheels, paint, underneath - everything is made to look as close to new as possible.  I was skeptical at first because more than a few dealers use detailing tricks like painting everything under the car black to conceal rust, or spraying Armor-All on a cleaned engine to make everything appear shiny and new until a few hundred miles off the lot oil is everywhere from a leaking head gasket.M&M, in my experience, isn't hiding stuff - they're actually putting real time and money into a top-notch reconditioning of everything they sell.  Hence a few of their vehicles that are in high demand here in the PNW - specifically 4Runners and Tacomas - are priced somewhat higher than the national average, but - and it's a rather large but - you do receive something substantial in return for that slight premium.  I didn't fully appreciate the value in that at first, and left without buying anything.  Three weeks later after looking at several other privately-listed and cheaper 4Runners that weren't nearly as nice or as-represented by the owners I returned and became a customer.
I found M&M to be reasonable, fair, certainly a no-pressure environment, and a pleasure with which to deal.  I would buy from them again.  Meanwhile my 15-year-old, 180,000 mile 4Runner still looks shiny and new.  Thanks, guys.  Well done.

Did not respond to email, but did return text promptly. Eric answered any question I had over the phone, as I was traveling 3 hours to look at a truck. Courteous, no pressure. Good experiece overall. I just came from a different dealer and had the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. I was there from 2pm until about 9pm (They close at 6) This was due to them trying to find me the best interest rate from multiple banks. I didn't want to trade my vehicle in, so they even let me keep it at their warehouse until I could get it home. Eric even set me up with an insurance broker who got me the same coverage on my new car (through Progressive) at half the price as my insurance quoted me. I picked the car up for a fair deal as well. They were honest with everything and I did not feel pressured to buy. Would recommend to others.

  I just bought an Audi from M and M Investment Cars yesterday. I had spent the day at several local dealerships and, due to logistics, M and M was my last stop.I have to admit I was quite frustrated by the time I arrived; primarily due to spending the day feeling bulldozed by other local dealership employees, who were dismissive, overbearing and, at times, blatantly disrespectful. Great job finding us the pickup we were looking for...had more than one for us to choose from, and held it for us until we could get there from California. Everyone of the staff was very helpful. There were a couple of minor repairs, and we had the seats recovered in leather. They made sure everything was completed within a week so it was ready when we arrived. They even helped us get the California plates with no problems. Very, very happy with M&M.....will certainly be going back for our next pickup!

Eric was amazing I told him how much I was willing to spend and what I needed for my trade in and he said let’s go take a look. I told him I was in a hurry because I had two other vehicles to look at and he said if we can make the deal it will take me 30 minutes. I said really, he said yes that is what I do. So he was able to get me everything that was needed and it took an extra 15 minutes due to my stuff was not in order. I saw a truck on craigslist I was very interested in that was located a few hours away.  I called up M&M and negotiated a great price over the phone with a man named Mazen.  I was greeted the next day by Eric who had been fully briefed by Mazen on the terms we discussed the day prior.  I've had bad experiences in the past dealing with one guy on the phone, then getting jacked around by the guy who happens to be in that day who "doesn't know anything about the deal I worked over the phone". It seems some places tell you what you want to hear on the phone to get you down there- then the real games begin. NOT the case here!  Eric and I agreed the deal was on so long as I could confirm the truck was in good working order. I asked if I could take the truck to a lot and test drive, check out the 4wd, then go to a dealer for a used car inspection. He said I'd be a fool not to. He threw me the keys and told me it's yours all day, cruise it around, have lunch in it, I'll see ya when ya get back. I did all that, came back 4 hours later, and paid them the cash price we had negotiated. I dealt with both Mazen and Eric and I couldn't be happier. Neither of them were pushy, good price, honest, tough traits to come by these days. I also noticed they didn't have a crappy car on their lot. I look forward to being a repeat customer someday.

Pretty amazing car buying experience. I buy cars often...kind of a bad habit. This was a 4th car in my driveway and just meant as a summer time convertible toy. I also had a trade vehicle, which you were more than fair considering the issue I had.  I blew out a tire on my travels to Portland and did some damage to the rear wheel well and quarter panel. You still gave me what was discussed and it was much appreciated.  The no-nonsense or games with your pricing was and is very appreciated. Most of the general population, does not have the time to play games and as a result avoid used/new car dealers. I was in and out of there in no time and there were no surprises, and if you didn’t have the answer to a question I asked, you simply said you didn’t know.

I made the call for Art and talked to Johnny at M&M. A short time later I took the short drive to your facility to be the "eyes" for my close friend. There I found a very clean vehicle that was not misrepresented as some car lots seem to thrive on.

We bought a Ford Edge from this place a year ago and we got a fantastic price, couldn't find a lower price anywhere. It was a pleasure buying from a "dealer" type place without any pushy sales people. They came down a tiny tiny bit on the price, although it was already priced even lower than kbb private party. I keep checking out their web site hoping that they have another really good deal on something since we need one more vehicle, but I haven't seen anything worth looking. I have to give them 5 stars because I have purchased probably a dozen used cars from various dealers and all other dealers made me mad or annoyed at some point... these guys did not. It was easy and pleasurable! PS. The Edge is running perfect, no problems at all in the 12 months we have had it.

I am from Seattle and when I saw the car I was looking for on Craigslist was from Portland, I was worried on how I was going to get this car and fast before someone else did. I must have called at least 10 times to talk about the car and ask questions since I could not see it. Mazen helped me out, he emailed me the car fax and the warranty information within a few mins and at the end of the day before I was going to head out to go get the car, he said he could pick me up in downtown Portland (15 mins away) and even hold the car! I was ecstatic! I got there and was so glad to see my new car inside (where they keep all their cars) out of the weather (it was snowing) and everything went so smoothly just like he assured (since I did all the pre approval paperwork online) and off I went in exactly the car I had been searching for. To make it even better, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car and that was a dream come true, because in a used car, there always seems to be something. They had even put new tires on it.      I have been looking for a specific BMW x5 for well over a year, and while I was searching the lower 48 for it I just happened to stumble across M&M investments that had exactly what I was looking for.  Not knowing anything about the Dealer of course I was very hesitant at first.  While I was dealing with Mason, I felt a good trust there and later he absolutely proved it more than a few times.  I never personally drove the car before I bought it.  I had someone else dive it and report back to me. The driver told me that it was more than they expected, so I bought it. Mason arranged the purchase of new tires and even had them installed for me.   I had to make a critical shipping date while the purchase wasn’t fully complete yet, but Mason made it happen.  When my X5 arrived in Alaska, I flew down to Anchorage to pick it up and yes it was more than I expected inside and out!!! I then brought it to the BMW dealership to have it checked out. The service tech said that it was serviced every 3 months at BMW and it was a great car. I would recommend any Alaskan to buy from M&M and have it shipped from Campbell Boyz Trucking out of Eagle River, Alaska. They were amazing too.  Shipping was only $1650 from Portland to Anchorage.   Wonderful experience and the wife is extremely happy.   Thanks again!

We just bought our 2002 BMW 325XI there yesterday. The car is immaculately clean, and runs great. We were a little concerned going in because our credit situation wasn't the greatest, but they worked financing magic and got us a great deal with an interest rate that was half what we were told at other dealerships. It was a great comfortable experience. None of the shady two faced things we have experienced at other places. Just an easy straight forward buying experience. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to avoid the bs you get at most car lots. High quality cars, and an easy buying experience.

Ok, so those guys made a believer out of me, that you can still go to a dealer and be treated with dignity and respect even though I ended up not buying a car from them. I went to buy car from them, they took the time listen to what I really want and after looking into my credit, they advised me to first pay off a couple of small bills that effected my credit and would have substantially increase my payment to where it would've been hard for me to afford it in the long term. I felt like they were professional, honest and most importantly sincere in the way they conducted business with me. I should also mention that I run a nonprofit amateur boxing program in Portland to help keep kids out of the streets and in the gym , as soon as I told them about our program, they even donated some money to help us travel to Bend to compete in the Golden Gloves championship, thank you guys for donating to our program, it is very much appreciated and know that I will come back to buy a car from you soon.

We bought a 2001 Toyota 4Runner last week from M&M Investment Cars. We love it. We had been looking all over craigslist and other dealers all over Portland and the metro areas. We decided to go check out a few of their 4Runners they had posted on craigslist. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Mason showed us the 4runners that they had. We looked at the one we were most interested in first. Mason answered all our questions and we didn't feel like we were being lied to like some dealers. We took it for a test drive and we fell in love with it. The 4Runner was in Mint condition compared to what we've seen from other 2001's. You can tell buy their inventory they take pride in only selling the best. We have bad credit and needed to finance so we knew we were going to get hit with a high interest rate. Mason spent some time on it and was able to get us a great low interest rate. Mason is a no hassle straight up dealer who made us feel comfortable secure with our new purchase. I bought a 2000 ford f250 diesel from these guys . I was very impressed with there inventory of diesel trucks. I have been looking for a 7.3 liter diesel for over 6 month and every where I go they say these trucks are so hard to find and they want top money for them. At M&M Investment I had more then one to choose from & the price was fair , plus there trucks are unbelievably clean . The cars at M&M are stored inside a large warehouse. All there cars are spotless and shiny!! No need to worry about rain and dust I guess....
Mason co-owner of M&M sold me a black Subaru Forester which I really love. I am writing this review after I had the pleasure to drive my Subaru for 2 months.... No issues at all.

Bought my Mustang convertible from M&M investment cars on Christmas eve. Mason gave me a great deal on the car. Setting up loan was easy, got me a good rate of interest. He is really helpful, even after the purchase is happy to talk about any issue. I highly recommend M&M investment cars.

Really Great Dealership!!!! I have been to so many dealerships, and I always feel leery about buying a crappy car that dealers are trying to sell as 'a great vehicle'....When I went to M&M, both Mazen and Johnny seemed very informative & knowledgable about the cars they were selling. I was actually helping out my niece who just turned 18, and moved here from Hawaii to go to college here, to get a vehicle before her Fall classes started. She was drawn to a 2005 Rav4 on the 1st day we seen it. The 2nd day I took her to other places to make sure she gets to see other vehicles (Make & Model) besides a Rav4, but she still felt the liking to the Rav4 compared to Jeep Liberty or Nissan Xterra at other dealership lots. In fact she liked it so much she 'named it', haha. At M&M, all their cars are in a presentable way. We've gone from Vancouver to Clackamas, and most cars weren't as cleaned and detailed as the ones we seen at M&M. Now we know why. We were told they expense in a extreme detailing service before selling the cars on their lot. I believe M&M has a great reputation & happy customers' b/c the impression I got is that they make sure the customers drive off happy w/ a working stable vehicle. They take care of their vehicles & hand picks the ones they offer to sell. Obviously they pick good ones that are not salvaged titles, & I appreciate that Mazen went over that info with me since I did not understand why & how vehicles were declared as 'salvaged'. Mazen didn't try to rush us, & was patient throughout the whole buying/decision process & never did we felt any pressure of buying something we didn't want. And though we didn't purchase the warranty that was offered (which by the way I thought was pretty reasonable considering knowing how much repairs cost), Mazen didn't push it on us, but made sure he informed us on the cost & what the warranties covered. Mazen pointed out & thought it was a 'transaction like no other' b/c my niece was the youngest person he ever sold a car to. He was very good at dealing & addressing her when we talked about everything like the registration which he took care of the DMV process, where my niece wouldn't have to go to the DMV & register the vehicle herself. He also gave her basic pointers to look out for: in the morning it's cold & it's always good to at least warm your car up for a full minute- that's all it needs, always get oil changed every 3000 miles--not every 3 months!!!, & if on the temperature gauge is not in the middle, pull over to the side asap to let it cool off for at least 5 minutes & then try to get to the closest gas station as necessary. Our overall experience was a pleasant one, and would HIGHLY recommend other people looking for great service & dependable cars to go to M&M!!!! Seriously!!!! don't take our word for it, check them out for yourselves!!!

Best Car buying experience I' ve ever had. These guys are friendly but most important honest. I wish I knew about this place years ago. I've looked all over, E bay, Craig list, dozens of dealers both sides of town and M & M by far have the best value for your money. Next time I need another car I'll be going here first. Love my Tacoma!!! M&M has to be one of the best used and new car dealerships ever, I have bought 2 vehicles from Mason and (Mazen?) these guys not only remembered who I was but also are willing to work with every single customer to make sure that the car you get leaves in perfect condition. My first car was a Honda Civic, I bought it a yr ago have got an oil change and even took it to Honda dealership to double check all the wiring and the engine. They couldn't believe the incredible quality with the car. The 2nd vehicle is a Toyota Tacoma who was a “1 owner” truck and had super low millage and no scratches I fell in love with the truck, I took it for a test drive and couldn't believe everything about it. We're even coming back for a 3rd car in a few months for my sister and Mason personally said that they will look for the best deal with her budget. GO HERE 5/5 STARS

Mason is awesome!!! They really have great car, trucks, and SUV. Everything from economy car to luxury!!! We brought one from him about 3 weeks ago and buying another this weekend. Just to shade so light I an the most pickiest person around. So to give 5 stars is a very rear thing. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING MASON!!!

Mason was amazing! The car I bought was exactly how it was advertised. The vehicle I purchased has all the bells and whistles. When I went to look at the car, I had my son with me. The whole transaction didn't take long at all, my son wasn't bored. The transaction was honest, fast, professional, and he always had a smile. I will never go back to a dealership. So easy to work with, no hassle let me take my time and even took a personal check, yes it was that inexpensive. The car is worth more a year later than what I paid. This was the nicest car purchase experience we've had, period, and the only time we ever had an offer good enough to do a trade-in! We saw an ad for a totally dialed luxury car at a very fair price. We enjoyed a very straightforward, honest conversation, and came to an agreement quickly. As we were about to purchase the vehicle, we asked if they took cars in trade, and Mazen gave us a very fair price (mid range blue book). So we were able to sell our car and bought a much nicer one in a single trip to Hayden Island, Portland, which by the way, is a great place to do a test drive. I highly recommend Mazen Hassen for his honesty and straight talk, as well as the selection of high end cars at very reasonable prices. Look for the yellow "sandwich board" sign on the right hand side of the street as you are approaching the car lot. It is in an industrial park and you need to see the signs to find them. Note that this business is listed with high ratings in the Better Business Bureau.
